We’re a small business like yours, located on Sydney’s Northern Beaches. Our aim is to be indispensable to the running of your business and provide a service that you can rely upon at a rate you feel good about paying. Together we can sail through monthly bookkeeping practices, payroll compliance, ATO deadlines, avoiding fines, penalties and disgruntled staff.

Getting back on track
It’s easy to fall behind with your books when you’re busy running a business. If your books aren’t up to date and you’re late paying your BAS, taxes and suppliers, we can help you get back on track to avoid late fines, audits and stress.
To get started we offer a free Business Rescue Check to analyse late deadlines and what needs doing first to get you back on track. We realise this can be a stressful time and so we’ll work closely with you all the way, one step at a time.
Our Services
We’re proud to provide a service that you can rely upon at a rate you feel good about paying. We usually charge by the hour but some clients prefer a package. We are happy to use either Xero or MYOB. We are based in Avalon Beach on Sydney’s Northern Beaches and are set up to work remotely.
We offer three types of services:
1. Bookkeeping & BAS
Sometimes you need a new Bookkeeper and BAS Agent. We offer both on a weekly or monthly basis and can lodge your BAS, PAYGW, Workers Comp. Let us take the reins so you can get back to doing those tasks you’d much prefer to do.
2. Bookkeeping/BAS Rescue Services
Fallen behind with your bookkeeping, BAS lodgements, and supplier payments? It happens. We have years of experience in rescuing our clients from this type of worry. Getting up to date is a step by step process. We’ll do the work and liaise with your Accountant and ATO on your behalf.
3. Accounting Software Help
We can train you, your employee or partner to manage your bookkeeping procedures to give you control over it, save time and money. Installing and sharing our knowledge of MYOB and Xero software is fun for us. We’ll have you up and running in no time.

Accounts Payable
We pay your bills, keep supplier accounts up to date, making sure that you’re always in good credit.
GST Advice
We help you with tricky allocations of GST. And advise you about what you can and can’t claim.
Reporting
Advanced reporting, management and financial reports, and board reports for making better decisions.
Accounting Software
We help you decide which accounting software to use, set it up and train you or your staff how to use it.
